About
Cherry, almond, easy structure. The opposite of heavy Amarone — bright and food-friendly. Slightly chill it before serving.
Adalia is the second estate of Marinella Camerani, the grower behind Corte Sant'Alda nearby. Her daughter Alda now runs it day to day. The vines sit in the Val di Mezzane, a quiet hill valley east of Verona.
The family farms organically with Demeter biodynamic certification. Olive and cherry trees stand between the vineyards to keep the land in balance. Grapes are picked by hand and fermented with wild yeasts.
The wine comes from Corvina and its traditional blending partners. Open it with a weeknight pasta, a pizza or a plate of cured meats. No decanting, no waiting, no ceremony.
